Crystal Vision wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

The standard we follow

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA includes every requirement of WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the standard used by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

What we do

• Pages are built to work with a keyboard alone, show where you are with a visible focus outline, and have a link to skip straight to the main content.
• Pages use real headings, lists and labeled menus, so screen readers can announce and move through them.
• Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG color contrast requirements, and pages are built to be zoomed to 400% or read on a narrow phone screen without scrolling sideways.
• Photos that carry information have text descriptions; decorative shapes are hidden from screen readers.
• Nothing on the pages moves, flashes or changes on its own.
• Links that open another website in a new tab say so.

How the site is checked

This website was last reviewed in October 2026 using automated accessibility testing on every page, plus hands-on checks: keyboard-only use, page zoom and text spacing, narrow phone screens, and color contrast. Automated and hands-on testing can't catch everything, so we welcome reports of any problem you find.

Services run by other companies

Some things we link to are run by other companies, and we don’t control how accessible they are: online scheduling, bill payment, contact lens ordering, the online eyeglasses shop, Google Maps, and our social media pages. Our patient forms are PDF files.
